Are the doctors licensed?
Yes. Consultations are provided by independent, licensed doctors practicing in Mexico. They are experienced with common travel-related concerns and speak both English and Spanish.
Is the video consultation really free?
Yes. The video consultation is free of charge. You only pay if you decide to order pharmacy delivery afterwards. There are no hidden fees and no account is required.
What if I need a OTC?
The doctor decides if OTC guidance is appropriate based on their independent clinical judgment during your consultation. If a OTC is issued, you can order pharmacy delivery to your hotel, villa, or yacht - usually within the hour.
Can you help with emergencies?
No. Video consultations are not for emergencies. For chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, or any life-threatening situation, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
How long does a consultation take?
Most video consultations take about 10 to 15 minutes. You choose an available time slot and join from your phone, tablet, or laptop - no app or download required.
What if I need in-person care?
If the doctor believes you need an in-person exam, they will tell you clearly and recommend next steps. We can also help you arrange a house-call doctor visit to your hotel or villa in Los Cabos.
Do the doctors speak English?
Yes. Consultations are available in English and Spanish, so you can explain your concerns comfortably and understand every recommendation.
How is my personal information protected?
Your video call takes place on a secure, encrypted video platform, and your booking details are handled confidentially. They are used only to arrange your consultation and are never sold or shared for marketing.
