Sealed OTC products may be returned within 24 hours of delivery. Once opened, no refunds unless the product is damaged or defective.

Video consultations are not refundable but can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before your appointment.
Delivery fees are non-refundable except in cases of failed delivery on our part.
